Preorders & payment
Preorders are paid in full at checkout via Square. Your card is charged when the order is placed, not at pickup.
Pickup
Pickup is Tuesday, Wednesday, and Saturday, 7:00 AM – 11:00 AM. Weekday orders must be placed by the posted cutoff the day before; Saturday orders must be placed by the posted cutoff on Friday. Cutoff times are shown on the order page and may change seasonally.
Cancellations & refunds
Plans change — if you need to cancel or adjust an order, text us as soon as you can at 678-557-2714 and we'll do our best to help. Because bagels are made fresh to order, refunds aren't guaranteed once an order is in production, but we'll always work with you in good faith.
